Interviewing
In this competitive market, most people get anxious about interviewing, so don’t feel alone. Our consultants are highly experienced in interview preparation, which usually includes analysis of the purpose and likely kind of interview you will face, coaching and role-playing on the most likely – and most challenging - interview questions. We also help with highly effective techniques for establishing rapport with the interviewer and “closing the deal” in such a way that your chances of getting an offer are significantly increased.

Negotiating
The natural tendency, for most women, is simply to take what is offered, but the truth is that most employers expect you to negotiate the first offer. Our consultants are highly trained in negotiating offer packages and can help you increase your starting compensation as much as 25% in many cases. That can make a huge difference over the life of the job!
Negotiating can be intimidating, but we provide coaching and tips that take the mystery – and the nervousness – out of it for you. You will be more confident, earn more respect from your employer, and most importantly make as much in total compensation as possible.
