The Make It Happen For WomenSM
Ongoing Coaching Program

One former client described our coaching services as
“almost like having a little voice in your ear".

We can work with you from the beginning of the job search until you have landed your new position. It is a highly competitive job climate and having an experienced and committed coach on your side is a huge advantage!

There are two things we do for you:

  • Weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or as retained strategy and coaching sessions
  • Interview and Negotiation one-on-one Coaching

Weekly, bi-monthly, montly or as retained strategy and coaching Sessions

Staying on top of a job search campaign means constantly looking at marketing channels, strategies and any changes in the job market. It’s like working on a project plan and constantly evaluating the process of the plan.

During your strategy meetings with your Primary Consultant, the conversation will be about specifics within your job search plan. Discussion topics will include, How are things going? How are the results? What strategies and marketing channels are working? What’s not working? It’s a step by step analysis about you and your job search.

Your Breakthrough Coach can also be part of this strategy, assisting you in continuing to be mentally prepared for anything that can happen. If emotional road blocks come up, your Breakthrough Coach is there for you every step of the way.

The Make It HappenSM Ongoing Coaching Program is customized for every client because every client is different. Your needs, the market and your particular circumstances will be constantly changing. You are never alone.

Interview coaching and negotiating

The main objective of a job search is, of course, to land a new job! While the resumes and the search strategy are critical to success, almost nobody gets hired without an interview. The goal of the Personal Marketing Toolbox documents and the job search strategy is to help you get that interview.

Once you have an appointment for an interview with a prospective employer, we can work with you to prepare for the interview and coach you in techniques that will dramatically increase your chances for success.

It is natural for any job-searcher to be anxious about interviewing. An interview is really a kind of “verbal test” where the decision-maker is trying to determine whether you are the right person for the job and you are trying to make the best possible impression with your competence and professionalism. While you are trying to appear relaxed and friendly, your palms may be sweating and your voice sounding a little strained! Have you ever experienced that? Relax - we all have.

We can help. We will help you study the prospective employer and determine what she may be looking for in a candidate. We will help you become more comfortable with the interview environment and with the most likely questions you will be asked. We will also help you to think of some effective questions that you should ask the employer to show that you are both interested and informed.

Our Strategy sessions are offered by the hour or in some of our other service packages.
